Debarati is a certified psychological and well-being counsellor, an image consultant and life-skill trainer. Debarati has 20 years of experience working with national and international workforce which has deepened her understanding of people, their problems at professional as well at personal level.

Debarati is a patient and intuitive listener, which enables her to understand her client’s problem easily and her empathic and non-judgmental approach makes a client comfortable to open up. Debarati’s passion to help people, overcome their emotional and psychological distress motivates her to give the ear and time to go into the deepest layers of her client’s concern areas; with her analytical mind, she is equipped to delve into the complexity of the problem and her creative aptitude enables her to guide her clients to explore innovative solutions for their problems. Debarati’s ultimate goal is to help her clients to be the best version of themselves and lead a fulfilling life.

My Experience

Debarati started her career in advertising and worked as a senior marketing and communication professional with leading MNCs like JWT, Ogilvy and Young & Rubicam in India for 6 years and with digital agency BAND in Singapore for 7 years managing teams across Asia and clients in South East Asia and US. Following her return to India in 2012, Debarati got certified as an image consultant and soft-skill trainer with ICBI, one of the pioneering institutes in its field, got NLP certification and has been working as a consultant for Corporate Training in Soft-skills, Counselling & Coaching.

Apart from one on one couselling, Debarati has worked in the capacity of trainer and image consultant in recent past with : Tata Medical, Shopper’s Stop, Goodricke Tea; Beside corporates, Debarati has worked with institutes such as, St Mary School (Kolkata) (3 months programme for Teachers, Students and Parents), 1-month programme for Institute of Engineering and Management ; Image Consulting & Business Institute(faculty at the Kolkata centre). Debarati undertakes one-on-one training and counselling and is associated with NGOs in the mental health and wellbeing services.
